Condominium on Leonard Street
This condo parking lot had many clay areas that needed to be treated. We performed a deeper excavation, used geotextile, backfilled with special gravel, and then regular gravel went on top. Clay moves and acts like a trampoline underneath asphalt. You can’t get rid of it, but the installation will last longer if treated properly.
